Listen now (53 mins): Interview with 2-time GRAMMY Award-Winning artist and world-renowned Yogi, Gurujas Khalsa.

It’s our honor to share with The Village our interview with 2-time GRAMMY Award-Winning artist and world-renowned Kundalini Yoga student and teacher, Gurujas Khalsa.

In this accelerated Master Class on Sound, you can expect to hear about:

THE POWER IN MANTRA.

  • A Life Hack to create miracles.

  • “What Mantra wants to create is a sovereign being. It’s not about being in bliss and happiness all the time. It’s about increasing your awareness.”

  • How to change your cellular structure and experience in your life through the 10th Gate, tip of the tongue, roof of the mouth.

  • Teaching our children to hear themselves.

  • Aquarian Children and their deeper relationship with sound.

  • A Mystical understanding of Silence.

“When we speak to anyone, you’re trying to speak in such a way that your sound uplifts that person. And it’s an intention. It’s simple but powerful to put into practice.”

Your Homework: Listen and chant.

  • Put on a mantra.

  • Find a recording that really helps you. Better yet, record your own voice in the mantra.

  • Play it in your environment 24/7. Ideally the room you’re sleeping in.
